Jane Baker – School Administrator

Jane started her real estate sales career with Coldwell Banker Gundaker 20 years ago as office rookie of the year and performed as a top agent while also working as a new agent instructor for the CBG School of Real Estate. Joining the school as coordinator in 2014, she became the school administrator in 2017. Jane is dedicated to providing an exceptional educational experience and supporting students on their dream path to a real estate career.

Jody Parrish – Broker Salesperson, Senior Pre-Exam & Continuing Education Instructor

Jody brings over 20 years of real estate sales experience and 15 years of pre-licensing and continuing education instruction to her position as Senior Instructor for the CBG School of Real Estate. A top agent locally, Jody also consistently ranks in the top 1% of Coldwell Banker agents nationally. Jody’s educational expertise, sales experience, and curriculum knowledge make her the go-to for students needing support and direction on their path to success.

Nicole Curry – Salesperson, Pre-Exam & Continuing Education Instructor

In addition to her role as an instructor, Nicole is an experienced real estate agent, marketing professional and former faculty member at the University of Phoenix. She is a native of St. Louis and personally a real estate investor with experience in buying, renovating and managing residential property. As an instructor, Nicole has the opportunity to provide her students tools to assist them along their academic journey and to marry two of her passions, real estate and education.

Michael Reiser – Salesperson, Pre-Exam & Continuing Education Instructor

As a top agent specializing in Saint Louis City, an MBA graduate specializing in marketing, and a former instructor at Truman State University, Michael brings a wealth of business, real estate, and education experience to share with his students. In addition to being passionate about Saint Louis’ urban real estate renaissance, he is also a certified SCUBA diver that has traveled the world’s oceans.

Kristina Knight – Broker Salesperson, Pre-Exam & Continuing Education Instructor

Kristina began her real estate career in 2009 working with buyers, sellers and investors. She has worked with a diverse group of people with a background in B2C and industrial sales along with customer service and experience helping others with personal development. Kristina grew up in the St. Louis region and enjoys exploring the area and all that it offers. Her goal is to help people on their path to obtaining their real estate license.
